- Connection – is it actually attachment
- I have connected, attached myself to, what people think of me
- I have connected to my team loosing a hockey… would this help me feel better and why. Or is it a distraction?
- I have connected to the thought of what I should have done… which takes away from where I am at
- I have connected – attached to being controlled by outside influences
- Disconnection
- I disconnect (avoidance) from my partner
- I disconnect (avoidance) from my feelings
- I disconnect (avoidance) from what I FEAR and then I procrastinate.
- I disconnect (avoidance) from my breathe
- I disconnect (avoidance) in gatherings – have resistance
- I disconnect (avoidance) from LOVE in times when I most desire
